Rabbi Rosenfeld is a Rabbinic Coordinator based in OK Kosher’s Israel affiliate office. With his vast experience in supervising the production process in a variety of facilities, he oversees and manages all OK-certified food and beverage manufacturers in Israel. He is also responsible for shechita (ritual slaughter) for the region.
