Dina Fraenkel joined the OK in July 2005 as an administrative assistant. She has worked in the Restaurant and Food Service Department, the New Accounts Department, the Consumer Marketing and Education Department, and works closely with management to coordinate strategic projects. Dina is the editor of Kosher Spirit; the educational magazine of OK Kosher. She also coordinates special projects for the OK , including the Annual Mashgiach Conference, the publication of educational materials, and various internal projects.
Dina has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Judaic Studies and Political Science from Rutgers University and is also a published writer, whose articles have appeared in N’shei Chabad Newsletter, Binah Magazine, and other international publications.
